Within minutes of each other, two NYPD vehicles were involved in two separate crashes, Friday morning. One was in Manhattan, and one in Brooklyn.
The first incident was on Park Avenue and East 112th Street. There were injuries reported to civilians, which were involved in the crash. The extent of the injuries were unknown.
Minutes later, an NYPD vehicle was involved in an accident on Nostrand Avenue and Avenue T in Brooklyn. There were injuries reported to the NYPD officers.
The causes of both crashes were unknown, and it was not known if they were responding to emergencies at the time of the accidents.
