A gunman was wounded in a police-involved shooting in Brooklyn, the second such incident in as many days.
Police were called to 456 Glenn Moore St. in East New York at about 5:30 p.m. for a report of a man with a gun inside the home, according to authorities. When officers arrived and surrounded the house, the gunman apparently made a run toward the back of the house, pointing his weapon at them.
An officer fired a shot at the suspect, striking him in the chest, police said.
The suspect was taken to Brookdale Hospital in serious but stable condition.
Police recovered a weapon from the gunman and another inside the home. The suspect has a long criminal history, according to police.
Investigation is ongoing.

Once again local news media,NBC, shows their ignorance of Brooklyn. There is no Glen Moore Street. There’s a Moore Street and a Glenmore Avenue.
