On 1/30/13 at 2:15 PM, New York State Trooper from the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit in Troop “L” stopped a Western Star Dump Truck for no rear lights eastbound on the LIE near Deer Park Avenue. Investigation revealed that the vehicle operator, Venanda Johnson, age 46, of Queens NY, was operating with 45 license suspensions. Full inspection of the vehicle revealed multiple violations, including being 25,000 lbs overweight.

Mr. Johnson was arrested for felony Unlicensed Operation, and several overweight and equipment violations. All charges returnable in Suffolk County First District Court.
