At about 9:30pm on 06/10/13 Otha Lee Williams (20 yrs.old) of the Bronx NY was picked up by Ramapo detectives at the 48th pct NYPD, where he had turned himself in. Williams is charged with Menacing 2nd. Charges are related to his actions on 06/09/13 on Hickory Street. Williams is being processed and will be arraigned around 2pm today in Ramapo Court.
