Local officials are warning that Tropical Storm Andrea is expected to bring flooding to many parts of the Hudson Valley today.

Parkways and local roads are expected to see closures during the heavy periods of rain. Typical areas that experience flooding include the Bronx River in White Plains, and the Saw Mill River in Pleasantville and Hastings-on-Hudson.
