Dozens are homeless after a fire swept through a Spring Valley apartment complex, destroying some of the buildings. Firefighters say the fire started in the back of the Regency Village apartment complex on Monsey Boulevard yesterday afternoon.

The Red Cross is helping the 26 who displaced, including eight families. Three people were taken to a local hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation.
