BREAKING: Sources tell Boro Park Scoop that FDNY marshals are looking into the possibility that a Con Edison manhole underneath the Boro Park Hatzolah vehicle, is the cause of the fire this morning which destroyed the emergency response vehicle which was parked on 16th Avenue and 52nd Street.
