For super-partisan Chuck Schumer to label a move by the President as dumb is the height of his chutzpah. Schumer has abandoned his own self-appointed role as “shomer” and has thrown his lot with the ultra-left crowd. The trouble is that he is running for reelection in 2026. Who will vote for him? His traditional base has evaporated because of the increasingly leftward tilt in his actions as well as his pronouncements. The left is protesting that he is not left enough.
