NISSIM IN BORO PARK: A baby in a carriage was struck by a vehicle at 15th Avenue and 55th Street. Boro Park Hatzoloh is on scene, and miraculously, both the mother and baby escaped without life-threatening injuries, despite the carriage being completely crushed

  1. The big nes is that this doesn’t happen more often considering all the carriages that are stuck out into traffic on ac daily basis.
