BRONX, NY: “This morning at 6:00, a fire broke out at in Buddhist Temple at 2086 Anthony Ave, escalating to a 3rd alarm with over 40 units and 150 personnel responding. Two buildings were engulfed, resulting in two fatalities. A car blocking a fire hydrant delayed our response, a recurring issue in the city,” said Chief John Esposito.
