Eyewitness: Missing Barricades in New Orleans Enabled Terrorist Attack

An eyewitness claims the barricades were not in place in New Orleans last night, allowing the terrorist to cause more casualties.

In 2017, a drunk driver rammed through a Mardi Gras crowd, injuring over 20 people. Since then, sturdy barricades are supposed to be in place to prevent such incidents.
