Finnish Coast Guard Seizes Russian Ship in Estlink 2 Attack Probe


The Finnish Coast Guard has intercepted and boarded the Russian vessel Eagle S. The ship’s captain is the main suspect in a Wednesday attack on the Estlink 2 undersea power cable.
