France’s far-right and left-wing lawmakers unite in a rare move to pass a no-confidence vote, forcing PM Michel Barnier to resign over budget disputes. President Macron says he’ll serve out his term until 2027 but must now appoint a new prime minister—his second time since July’s divided elections.
