According to security sources in Lebanon, Israeli forces launched a powerful strike on an area commonly used by senior Hezbollah leaders. The attack is reported to be the most intense in Beirut in nearly a year of ongoing conflict between Israel and Hezbollah.

Hezbollah’s al-Manar TV reported that four buildings were destroyed, resulting in numerous casualties. Video footage broadcast by the network showed at least one large, smoking crater at the impact site.
