A 16-year-old yeshiva Bochur from Beit Shemesh was R”L killed on Friday afternoon after being hit by a car at the entrance to Moshav Safsufa – which is located near Har Meron. His friend who was walking with him was critically injured.

The accident occurred as the two were walking to the Mikva in Safsufa. The driver was detained by police for questioning.

Ichud Hatzolah and Magen David Adom Paramedics arrived on the scene to find the Bochur in traumatic arrest. He was R”L pronounced dead on the scene. His friend was flown by Medevac to Rambam Hospital in Haifa, where he is listed in critical condition.

The two Bochrim are Talmidim in Breslov Yeshiva in Bnei Brak.
