During a Likud faction meeting Monday Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas’s condemnation of the Itamar massacre and demanded he work harder to stop the incitement against Israel.
Netanyahu praised Abbas for condemning the murder of the Fogel family in Itamar, but stressed that Abbas must also do so in the Palestinian media. “He must make it clear to his people as well,” Netanyahu insisted.
Abbas called Netanyahu on Saturday and expressed his condolences for the murder of the family in Itamar.
Earlier, Abbas condemned the Itamar massacre during an Israeli radio interview. The terror attack was “a disgraceful act, inhuman and immoral,” he said.
A few hours later Netanyahu told his faction members that “Abu-Mazen (Abbas) must make it clearer to his people as well that murder isn’t acceptable and he must clarify that the incitement must stop. It’s in his hands – and the sooner the better.
The prime minister criticized a few western countries that did not condemn the Fogel family massacre. “I demanded that the international community condemn this crime. Some did and others either didn’t or did so in a very strange and technical manner,” said Netanyahu.

With all due respect, stop being so naive Mr. Netanyahu! What do you expect, making believe our bloodthirsty enemies are not so bad because the world stage dictates so, and that will make these creatures more civil? No, you are smarter than that; be and act smarter than that. Arabs out of Israel! No arabs = no terrorism! PERIOD!
In my humble opinion , when we let our children get away with wrongdoings out of comoassion and understanding, out of political correctness and so on, but we don’t face the dicipline required head on, we are fostering bad middos in our children just as the world is doing with these arab terrorists. They are giving them candies for their guns ,understanding for their murder and therapy for their hatred and arrogance, when all they deserve is a tooth for a tooth… we cannot control their world but we can and must control ours !
The entire Israeli military and Israeli intelligence establishment has been quoted consistently for well over 2 years as saying that the palestinian leadership of fayed ( equivalent to secretary of defense ) is not only maxing out all attempts to stop terror from the WB but has been tremendously succeesful.
HOW TO STOP ISLAMIC TERRORISTS . . . it worked once in our History . . .
Once in US history an episode of Islamic terrorism was very quickly stopped. It happened in the Philippines about 1911, when Gen. John J. Pershing was in command of the garrison. There had been numerous Islamic terrorist attacks, so “Black Jack” told his boys to catch the perps and teach them a lesson.
Forced to dig their own graves, the terrorists were all tied to posts, execution style. The US soldiers then brought in pigs and slaughtered them, rubbing their bullets in the blood and fat. Thus, the terrorists were terrorized; they saw that they would be contaminated with hogs’ blood. This would mean that they could not enter Heaven, even if they died as terrorist martyrs.
All but one was shot, their bodies dumped into the grave, and the hog guts dumped atop the bodies. The lone survivor was allowed to escape back to the terrorist camp and tell his brethren what happened to the others. This brought a stop to terrorism in the Philippines for the next 50 years.
Pointing a gun into the face of Islamic terrorists won’t make them flinch. They welcome the chance to die for Allah. Like Gen. Pershing, we must show them that they won’t get to Muslim heaven (which they believe has an endless supply of virgins) but instead will die with the hated pigs of the devil.
