The vehicle carrying Hagon Rav Moshe Sternbach Shlita, was stoned by an angry mob of Arabs on Thursday afternoon, as it made its way to Har Hazeisim.
Rav Sternbach was travelling to the Kever of his wife, who is buried on Har Hazeisim, and whose Yartzheit is today, when the vehicle suddenly came under attack. Before the driver was able to make a U-turn, the crowd of Arabs began throwing large stones, breaking the windows.
Thankfully, the driver was able to successfully evacuate from the street, and pulled into a nearby gas station, where they awaited the police.
Travelling with Rav Sternbach, was his son, and three grandchildren.
Besides for scratches, and minor bruises, Bichasdei Hashem no one was seriously injured in the vehicle.
The police gave Rav Sternbach a ride to the Kever shortly after.

His name is spelled Sternbuch
Why are they described as being angry arabs?
Who says they didnt have huge smiles on and were halishing to lynch some jews?
The driver should get a gun. Who says we should always be so lucky to get away? Arent we told to guard our souls? Didnt Yaakov prepare himself? We cant say the police or army will always be near by, or always will intervene, they already have proven they often dont.
Better question #2 arent they always angry?
