The quick thinking of a MDA dispatcher, and a mans cell phone saved his life – according to the Jerusalem Post. The man apparently started having chest pains and called MDA for help. Before he was able to give his address to the dispatcher, he collapsed unconscious. The quick thinking dispatcher called the cell-phone service provider and they located him using his cell phone signal.
Medics were then dispatched to his location where he was treated and brought to Soroka Medical Center in critical but stable condition.

A cellphone can save a life once in a while but sometyimes people who are driving using aq cell phone end up in a crah . so too a seatbelt many people die from not wearing a seatbelt yet when a person once drove into a lake and was not wearing a seatbelt was able faster
