Magbit Canada, an association representing Jewish communities in the country, has raised approximately $40 million for the northern communities in Eretz Yisroel which suffered severely during the Second Lebanon War. The money was collected to aid the weaker communities, and give equal opportunities for quality education in the periphery. (Ynet)

That is an enormous amount of tzedekah given by the Canadians to help the Jews of the North in Israel. Under whose auspices is this group of,
Magbit Canada? Who will be doing the distributions in the North to ensure that the dollars are available for proper usage (this is a major problem of some tzedakah collections)?
