Indictments were handed down against three residents of the Jabil Mukhaber area of Yerushalayim related to a shooting attack against a Shiloach patrol jeep that came under fire.
The state alleges that Khayid and Moussa Fatafta along with Isa Abassi opened fire at the Beit Yehonatan security jeep on March 1st of this year, and they are facing attempted murder charges in the Jerusalem District Court. Other charges in the multi-count indictment include illegal possession of weapons. A security guard was injured in the attack. Eleven bullets were fired at the security jeep and then their weapons jammed.
They are also linked to a firebomb attack against a border police jeep in an unrelated incident. Damage was caused to the vehicle in that attack.
