Perhaps the most realistic message sent today, Tuesday, Yom Yerushalayim, comes on the grassroots level, Arab residents of the eastern capital who are taking advantage of the day marking the liberation of the Jewish capital from Jordanian occupation in 1967 to send a clear message, that it is soon to become the capital of Palestine chas v’sholom. Arab residents made certain to fly the PLO flag from windows today, exhibiting their disdain for the Jewish state and all it represents.
As Jerusalemites mark the day, the 43rd anniversary of the liberation, Arab residents in the city’s Shimon HaTzaddik neighborhood are sending their own message, defiant in the tenacious struggle to combat the growing Jewish presence in that area, supported by members of the Israeli left-wing.
The provocation achieved it intended goal, and police were summoned to break up the scuffle between Jews and Arabs. There are no reports of arrests or injuries.

How come there is no freedom of speech and expression allowed in Jerusalem???
#1 Because if it were allowed that would mean that Cheredi Jews and Kahane supporters would be free to tell the truth to all the lies told by the Arabs and secular government about them.
They can’t have that 🙂
Some years back somebody in Meah Shearim hung out a Palestinian flag on Yom Ha’atsma’out, and the lefties went beserk.Where are they now when their Arab compatriots do the same?
