Two youths were arrested earlier Monday, charged with assaulting police during the destruction of buildings by Civil Administration agents in Shavei Shomron.

**Eastern Jerusalem Arab resident Ghazi bin Muhammad Kanan was indicted on charges of attempted murder in the Jerusalem District Court for firing at a policeman during the dedication of the Churva Shul.

**Beverly Hills has decided to name a street Herzl Way after the father of Zionism during a ceremony on Sunday that included Jewish music and festivities. Israel Consul-General to Los Angeles Yaakov Dayan took part in the ceremony along with Mayor Jimmy Delshad. The event coincided with Herzl’s 150th birthday.
