Officials of the Metropolin (Metropolis) Bus Company operating lines in the Sharon area announce that beginning on May 1st, all of its 75 buses new will offer passengers free WiFi service on inter-city routes. Company officials report over NIS 1 billion was invested.

Company officials add that regarding the new vehicles in the fleet, one will be able to send an SMS text message or call a specified number to receive a real-time update regarding the arrival time of a bus. The response is generated via onboard GPS-computerized systems on the bus.

The new buses also meet the strict European 5 standard, the highest regarding concerns of air pollution and emissions.
