A worker fell into a Ramat Beit Shemesh elevator shaft on Wednesday evening and sustained serious injuries.

**An 11-month-old infant was bitten by the family dog in Netanya on Wednesday afternoon. The child arrived in Meir Hospital in moderate-to-serious condition.

**A 38-y/o woman residing in a shelter was arrested on Wednesday. She is suspected of calling the police ‘100’ operator and threatening to murder the prime minister. She was ordered to undergo psychiatric evaluation.

**A cyclist was struck by a vehicle and critically injured on Thursday morning on Route 431 near Matzliach. The 30-y/o male was pronounced dead in Assaf HaRofeh Hospital.

**The Justice Ministry has ordered Chinuch Atzmai to halt the salary of Rav Avraham Yosef Lazerson.
