An Israeli driver transporting 8 illegal PA (Palestinian Authority) residents sustained very light injuries to an ear after soldiers fired at his vehicle in line with standard operating protocol. The driver approached Checkpoint 407 near Tulkarem on Sunday but he did not stop as required, compelling soldiers to fire a warning shot in the air and then at the fleeing vehicle.

The injured man refused transportation to a hospital.
