Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will not be traveling to Washington on Monday as planned to attend the nuclear summit hosted by US President Barak Obama. He will be sending Intelligence & Atomic Energy Minister Dan Meridor in his place.
There is no official reason being given for the prime minister’s decision, but speculation points to a number of possibilities. For one thing, it is possible that both Egypt and Turkey will demand Israel sign on a nuclear proliferation treaty, and he wishes to avoid being placed in such a situation. Others feel the diplomatic crisis between the White House and Jerusalem, and reports that the US president would not be meeting with the prime minister during his one-day stay to attend conference sessions made participation less desirable Mr. Netanyahu.

Now we are going to be in for another round of reports of how Israel once again “insulted” the US.
Even Fox News called this a “fly in the ointment”
I agree with ‘Fox News'(#1). The Ointment is Israel; and the fly is Obama.
Perhaps this is all cleverly staged so when/if the arab world gets pressed by America, it will not appear as though America is doing so at the behest of the Jews, which they will cry, anyway, to one degree or another.

Its good to be positive but your scenario isn’t likely. This president does what he wants and he clearly doesn’t like Israel so he will do what he wants regardless of how it looks. Sadly the only international country he still has any sway over is Israel. Everyone else can’t stand him and laughs in his face.
