A total of four people were injured, all lightly, in scuffled that erupted in shuls over yomtov. In southern Tel Aviv, two mispalalim were lightly injured in their heads during a scuffle over control of the shul. Police made two arrests in that case. The suspects were remanded, ordered held over for three days.

A more violent scuffle ensued in a Bnei Brak shul, apparently between two factions, with two mispalalim sustaining light knife wounds. MDA personnel treated the victims.
