Legal proceedings are underway in the Nazareth District Court regarding a petition from master terrorist Abdullah Barghouti, who is affiliated with Hamas. He is serving 67 life sentences for his heinous acts of terrorism and prison officials are requesting to extend his solitary confinement conditions for an additional six months. Barghouti is imprisoned in the Gilboa Prison in the Beit Shean area.
The court’s president, Justice David Cheshin has ordered prison authority officials to send Barghouti for physical and psychological testing.
