US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has flown to Moscow to take part in a Friday meeting of the Quartet, at which time they will discuss the stalled Mideast Oslo process between Israel and the PA (Palestinian Authority).

Also on the agenda is Iran’s continued defiance of the international community and Tehran’s moving ahead with its nuclear enrichment program.

The Quartet is comprised of the United States, United Nations, European Union and Russia.
