The Tzfas Beis Din convened on Sunday morning ordered the legal executors of Kever Rashbi to select a new ashkenazi representative to serve on the Vaad of Five to replace Rabbi Avraham Froehlich, who the beis din ruled may no longer serve on the vaad or attend meetings. Rav Yisrael Tucker of Tzfas was selected to replace R’ Froehlich.
YWN-Israel published an interview conducted with R’ Froehlich, the Eida Chareidis representative to the vaad in February (http://www.theyeshivaworld.com/article.php?p=48584), at which time he explained the controversy and violence surrounding the ongoing project to renovate the Holy Site.

And, another question – what “Tzfas Beis Din”? Whose “Tzfas Beis Din”? Is there only one beis din in Tzfas?
There is the Rabbanut (Rav Shmuel Eliyahu), there is Breslev (Rav Koenig), there are numerous communities there.
