More on Tuesday Night Shooting Attack on Highway 443

Terrorists operating out of a moving vehicle on Tuesday night fired 20 shots at an IDF position along Highway 443 near the community of Beit Horon. IDF investigators report the terrorists were not traveling on the Jerusalem-Modi’in Highway itself, but on a parallel type of shoulder road. The vehicle they believe came from a PA (Palestinian Authority) autonomous area, not Green Line Israel.

As was reported on Tuesday night, Baruch Hashem there were no injuries or fatalities. IDF officials report there were nine shooting-involved incidents in the district in all of 2009.

The recent decision by the High Court of Justice compelling the IDF to open the highway to PA motorists sparked angry debate and outrage, and some are demanding that the High Court hear the case again, this time before an expanded forum of judges.

Right-wingers are warning that the Tuesday night attack was a sign of what awaits motorists when PA residents are permitted to use the highway, adding the shooting attack was in fact a predictable response to the court’s ruling.

  1. “Right-wingers are warning” – RIGHT-WINGERS are warning of what will happen???
Anyone with a brain that is not clouded with the mental disease known as “political correctness” is warning of what will OBVIOUSLY happen!

  2. We must force the judges to drive highway 443 ALL the time. And let the arab beasts know when this is taking place.
Let them get the bullets in their heads. Or behinds, whichever is above their shoulders!
