Terrorists on Tuesday night opened fire at an IDF position on Highway 443, the Jerusalem – Modi’in Highway near Beit Choron. The shots came from a passing vehicle. Baruch Hashem there were no injuries.
Soldiers immediately set up roadblocks but it appears the perpetrators fled the scene. Some 20 shells were recovered from the scene. Soldiers entered the Arab village of Bir Or a-Tachta, where they believed the terrorists fled.
It should be pointed out this is the same highway which the Supreme Court ordered open to Arab motorists. The IDF a number of years ago closed the road to PA motorists following a series of terror attacks.

The Chacham Shoteh Supreme Court Judge Beinish said this road should be open to the yishmaelim so they shouldn’t suffer from feelings of “inequality”. – nebuch…
I guess their feelings of “inequality” are more important than the feelings of family members of Jews murdered by these savages as result of this fool’s legal decision.
