During a visit this week with HaGaon HaRav Nissim Karelitz Shlita, directors of Shefa Shuk asked the Gadol to support buying in the store. The Rav is quoted as saying “I never banned shopping in Shefa Shuk”.

R’ Yisrael Kellerman, Shefa Shuk’s director, then asked numerous questions including some relevant to preparations for Pesach and the sale of chametz.

The Rav spoke with the delegation, explaining the responses for an hour, including the matters pertaining to non-Jewish partners, biyur and other pertinent issues.
