Meteorologists on Sunday predict the heat-wave accompanied by pleasant sunny skies on Sunday will continue through Thursday at least, adding they cannot say this marks the end of winter and more importantly, the badly-needed rains.
Temperatures in Bnei Brak, Netanya and Ramat Gan during the early afternoon hours topped 31C (88F), a noteworthy reading for Rosh Chodesh Adar.
The forecast for Monday is a repeat for today, Sunday, with a slight drop expected on Tuesday with a noticeable increase in temperatures expected on Wednesday, continuing through Thursday. Unfortunately, there are no forecasts calling for rain this week.
