President Shimon Peres sent a message to former US President Bill Clinton, who underwent a procedure to open a blocked cardiac artery. The former president, 63, appears in good condition following the procedure.

President Shimon Peres sent his good wishes to Clinton, who stood on the White House lawn as president in 1993 with Mr. Peres and others to sign the Oslo Agreement.
