Lebanon’s Prime Minister, Sa’ad Hariri, is continuing to flaunt his openly anti-Israel position, announcing in the event of a military conflict, his country will stand firmly at Hizbullah’s side.

Despite repeated high-level diplomatic messages and gestures of calm on Israel’s part, Hariri continues aggressively fanning the flames of dispute and beating the war drums, stating any and all tensions along the northern Israeli border is solely the result of Israeli hostility, not accepting any blame and rejecting any Hizbullah role in the border tensions.

Hariri continues to speak of daily IAF flights into Syrian and Lebanese airspace, along with troop reinforcements by the IDF along the northern border.
