[PHOTO LINK BELOW] Thousands of people were on hand on Monday to witness the arrival of Maran HaGaon HaRav Aaron Leib Shteinman Shlita in Tzfas.

The Gadol HaDor arrived in the northern city to deliver words of chizuk, resulting in the large tzibur, one that was extremely impressed to hear the rav was coming to Yeshivat Nachlat Naftali in the Old City of Tzfas, willing to make the journey at his advanced age, wishing to deliver words of chizuk.

From there, Maran traveled to Nahariya where he affixed a mezuzah in the Ateret Yitzchak Yeshiva. Over 1,000 bochrim from around the north converged on the beis medresh of the Hagon Hamekubal Rav Dovid Abuchatzera Shlita. Rav Abuchatzera spoke of the zchus for all those present, to greet Maran Rosh Yeshiva. The tzibur included bochrim of all walks of life, ashkenazim, sephardim, chareidim and dati leumi.

Rav Shteinman also traveled to Tiveria, and davened mincha at Kever Rashbi in Meron.
