4:00PM IL: Tefillos are taking place at this time in the Kiryat Moshe shul of Rishon L’Tzion HaGaon HaRav Mordechai [Tzemach ben Mazel] Eliyahu Shlita. The tzibur has gathered in the Heichal Yaakov Shul and are reciting tehillim and tefillos for the Rav’s well-being.

The Rav’s condition took a sharp turn for the worse over the weekend and he remains in an intensive care unit in Shaare Zedek Medical Center, listed in critical condition.
