Maran Hagon Chacham Ovadia Yosef Shlita is scheduled to undergo a medical procedure on Monday morning as a result of a hearing loss. It appears there has been a significant accumulation of fluid in the Rav’s ear as a result of an infection, and doctors hope to evacuate the fluid, placing the Rav under a local anesthetic. The Rav is being admitted on Sunday to prepare him for the procedure.

The Rav’s gabba’im hope the Rav will be released to return home on the same day of the procedure, which is set for 9:00am in Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center.

The tzibur is asked to be to be mispalel for Ovadia ben Gorgia.
