NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly visited the Kosel on Wednesday afternoon, escorted by MK (Kadima) Shaul Mofaz and Malcolm Hoenlein, who serves as executive vice chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations. On hand to meet the VIP was Rav of the Kosel, Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz Shlita.
The commissioner toured the Kosel, the plaza, tunnels and excavations, and was given a first-hand look are security arrangements. Rabbi Rabinowitz explained the historical significance of the Kosel to the Jewish People while Mofaz gave a briefing regarding the complexities of the Old City, the religious sites and mixed population. A special focus was placed on the Project 2000, the enhanced security network responsible for the Old City, monitoring events in all areas in real time.

Commissioner Kelly is a really nice guy and staunch friend of the Jewish people. I have heard him speak many times at the NYPD Shomrim Society Breakfasts and am always impressed. I really wish him well!
#1 you dont know the inside of these goyim you must learn dont be naieve everybody saya bush is not an antisemite but really he was why didnt he give bunkerbuster bombs for israel?
What did Raymond Kelly actually say or do that shows he is such a good friend of Israel?
He might have gone there to pick up points on security because like them or not, he knows Israel knows how to handle security.
Wasn’t he Commissioner under NY Mayor David Dinkins?
I have heard that when Jews were being attacked in the Crown Heights riots the police were told t do nothing but when Jews fought back they were immediately arrested.
Where was “good friend” NYPD Commissioner, Raymond Kelly, then?
