The Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday rejected an appeal from Chevron resident Noam Federman, who was appealing a conviction on one count of sedition a number of months ago. Federman faced a 25 count indictment and was found not-guilty on the remainder of the counts.
The court also rejected the state’s appeal on the 24 counts on which Federman was found not guilty.
