Pini Cohen, the man who threw shoes at High Court Chief Justice Beinish arrived at the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court for a remand hearing on Monday, telling the court he is remorseful, explaining he never intended to injure anyone.

He apologized to Chief Justice Beinish via the court, adding no one should ever act violently as he did towards state officials.
