A 55-year-old woman has become Israel’s 89th victim of swine flu, succumbing to the illness after six weeks in an intensive care unit in Soroka Medical Center in Beersheva. Doctors report the woman was profoundly obese but she did not suffer from any diagnosed underlying medical condition.
