Court Rejects Appeals to Halt Ramat Beit Shemesh Building

The High Court of Justice eliminated the last hurdle, the petition filed by opposition members seeking to prevent publicizing the building tenders in Ramat Beit Shemesh. The court’s rejection of the petition accompanied the removal of the temporary injunction issued earlier.

The opposition members challenged the legitimacy of the tenders, insisting they represent favoritism to the chareidi community, ignoring the needs of other communities in the area. Numerous petitions were filed against the housing minister and city leaders, seeking to halt the Ministry of Housing project but his final ruling has removed the final hurdle.

  1. As a chareidi Jew, I believe the rabbonim should reassess the biases we harbor against the Israeli Supreme court as anti-Torah now that it strongly ruled in our favor!
