As MKs made their way through the streets of Krakow on Tuesday, part of the delegation attending International Holocaust Remembrance Day ceremonies, they were shocked to see wanted posters, offering a 10,000 € reward for Defense Minister Ehud Barak and former Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni. The signs showed photos of the wanted ‘criminals’, stating that are wanted for “war crimes”.
The posters were pasted to walls not far from the hotels where the MKs are staying, printed in English.
The MKs reported the presence of the wanted posters to security officials, calling the act an intentional provocation, with officials filing reports with Knesset security officers and Polish government officials.
