IDF officials report the field hospital that was established in Haiti following the earthquake is winding down and preparing to return home. Officials report the field hospital staff delivered 16 babies and carried out 316 surgeries. Over 1,100 patients were treated in the facility that showed the world once again how Israel and the Jewish People remain at the forefront to bring life-saving aid wherever necessary, on a moment’s notice.
IDF Homefront Command Chief Major-General Yair Golan praised the operation of IDF forces in Haiti, indicating they are expected to return home on Thursday.

Before giving the Israelis any credit here, we should first have the UN commission investigate if there were any human rights violations done by the Israelis in Haiti. A minimum 720 page report should cover.
