Tel Aviv police have loaded a video obtained from a surveillance camera in a Judaica shop in the hope of apprehended a mezuzah thief, who in December 2009 made off with NIS 12,000 in mezuzot. As one can discern in the video (http://telaviv.police.gov.il/index.asp?id=30849), the thief placed the parchments under his garment.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect is urged to telephone police at 03-610-4444, or 03-610-4527 or the Israel Police dispatcher at 100.
