Photos of a page in a Sefer Torah appears in advertisements for the TV program Srugim are causing much concern among rabbonim whom have asked the PR company not to use the photos. Rabbonim have asked that the pages are placed in genizah as required, but to date, the company has not responded.

Srugim, a popular television program in Eretz Yisrael depicting the lives of young single adults in the dati leumi community living in Jerusalem’s Katamon neighborhood is beginning its second season following its success during its first season.
