A 16.5-year-old terrorist, a resident of PA-controlled Ramallah, was apprehended on Haggai Street in the Old City of Yerushalayim on Tuesday evening, on his way to an attack. Border police of the Third Company apprehended him on the way to perpetrating an attack.

The suspect told authorities he planned to use the knife to avenge the deaths of the three terrorists [who were eliminated by IDF soldiers following their perpetration of the shooting death of Shomron resident Rabbi Meir Chai HY”D].

The suspect was also carrying a suicide note, perhaps pointing to the seriousness of his intentions.
