Misgav district police report a 32-y/o male was stabbed in his face, sustaining moderate injuries. The motive appears unclear at present.

**The PM will work with a special Bituach Leumi committee to investigate the ramifications of the increase in water prices. The committee is expected to submit its findings in a week’s time.

**Arad search & rescue volunteers on Sunday afternoon rescued a 70-y/o male resident of the city who fell and injured his back. He was transported to Soroka Medical Center in Beersheva.

**The unseasonably warm temperatures experienced on shabbos continue today. Colder air is expected to move in on Tuesday night, accompanied by showers, leading to thunderstorms and a winter storm around the country on Wednesday.

**The cabinet on Sunday approved the establishment of a new community for the former residents of Kfar Darom. It will be located near Nir Akiva in the W. Negev. Residents will live in temporary homes until their permanent homes are constructed.

**The soldier who was critically wounded in the Beersheva mall shooting died of his injuries on the operating table in Soroka Medical Center.
